Here are a few suggestions and offers of the region:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment begins a bike path in the direction of Höllental. This leads past the source of the company Höllensprudel, where you can fill up with water for free on hot days or simply refresh yourself. Or in the opposite direction towards Naila, Selbitz, Schauenstein, Helmbrechts. The bike paths are largely developed and invite for extensive bike tours. In addition, the stop of the bicycle bus (only in the summer months) is located directly at the fire station. Here you can also comfortably tackle larger tours (e.g. Steinachtal, Kulmbach, Weissenstadt, etc.) We will gladly provide you with the corresponding timetable.
In Lichtenberg you will find the recreation area directly at the entrance to the village. At the quietly situated bathing lake you will find time for yourself.

In Naila you have, among other things, the opportunity to play mini golf or soccer golf or simply feel good in the outdoor pool.
In Bad Steben, the spa with outdoor pool and sauna invites you to spend a relaxing day.
The casino Bad Steben also offers monthly events with music and entertainment. Besides, you can also eat well here.
In the Kaminstube in Bad Steben you can spend a cozy evening (small snacks are offered) with good music (1x weekly live performance) and also sometimes a little dance.
The Buddenschuster brewery in Bad Steben is open daily from 4 pm. You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it with a good beer from a small regional brewery (in the beer garden in summer).
